Speakers are welcome to arrive as early as Wednesday and remain for the duration of the conference, regardless of which day they present.
Summit 7.3 invites diesel professionals, innovators, and business leaders to share knowledge with an audience that values practical experience and forward-thinking ideas. Our stage highlights technical expertise, shop management strategies, and industry insight that help strengthen the future of the 7.3 community. For 2027, we are seeking a balanced lineup of diesel specialists and business experts who can equip shop owners with the tools and perspective needed to grow their operations.
The 2026 summit showcased the kind of insight that resonates with attendees. Kacee Fish of KC Turbos delivered a memorable session on employee retention, demonstrating how creative engagement—even something as simple as playful stress balls—can strengthen workplace culture. Joanna Byrne returned to the summit after first attending as a participant and later stepped onto the stage to share her perspective on working with Gen Z employees and how companies must adapt to retain them. She also supported the event as a trophy sponsor, reflecting how attendees often grow from participants into contributors who help shape the community.
Summit 7.3 presentations focus on education, experience, and lessons that move the diesel industry forward. Speakers who wish to showcase products may request vendor booth space, which includes two admission passes and on-site setup support. Our team provides professional AV equipment and optional access to a green screen room, and we encourage speakers to take full advantage of the opportunity to connect with the community throughout the event.
Many past presenters have attended as sponsors, vendors, or participants before stepping forward to share their expertise. Speaking engagements are not compensated, though presenters are welcome to enjoy the full conference experience and evening events during their stay. We offer flexibility with presentation scheduling, with sessions typically ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. The stage is open to multiple styles: podcast, lecture, pre-recordings, presentation or as a panel.
Speakers are welcome to arrive as early as Wednesday and remain for the duration of the conference, regardless of which day they present. Courtesy shuttle transportation runs between the conference venue and nearby hotels, and airport transportation from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport can be scheduled in advance through our third-party partner. Many speakers choose accommodations at the Home2 Suites by Hilton or the Fairfield Inn & Suites, both offering Wi-Fi and comfortable lounge areas for remote work. Nearby, The Collection at Forsyth provides convenient dining and shopping within walking distance of the hotels.
