Wednesday, March 3rd

Minotaur Classes, Professional Training & Vendor Set-Up
8am Registration
Minotaur Beginner and Advanced Training classes will be in session from 9am - to 5pm.
12pm Lunch
Let us know if you'd like to sponsor Wednesday's lunch.
Vendor Setup
9am - 4pm is the booth setup window for Wednesday. The building will open at 7am Thursday morning for those who need additional time. We must know in advance if your booth requires electricity. Feel free to contact Power Hungry Performance if you'd like to ship your booth ahead of the event.

8am Registration
Stop by Registration to pick up your name badge and collector pin. Enter to Win! Don't forget to grab your swag bag and Summit 7.3 shirt on your way in.
12pm Lunch
Let us know if you'd like to sponsor Thursday's lunch. Especially, if you have a pre-recorded announcement video that you'd like us to play during lunch.
3:15-4:45pm Vendor Time
We will be drawing for Friday's VIP Breakfast! Winners must be present to claim their prize and registered on The Diesel Alliance platform. If you're interested in providing a product for the drawing, let us know.
6pm-11pm Dueling Pianos at Rosati's
You won't want to miss out on seeing the Andrews Brothers in person on Thursday night. Let us know if you would like to sponsor this networking event! Our courtesy shuttle will be available for transport between the event hotels and the restaurant.

7:30am VIP Breakfast
Winners of Thursday's drawing will enjoy breakfast catered by a local restaurant. Stay tuned for the VIP guests that will be at the table with the winners.

Join Vinny Himes of Review Diesel for an evening tailgate at the Fairfield Inn parking lot. Open to event attendees only, this is your chance to hang out and check out Power Hungry Performance’s mobile cigar lounge. Let us know if you would like to to sponsor this networking event.

Saturday, March 6th

Summit 7.3 Truck Show – Open to the Public
9am - 1pm Public Truck Show
We strongly encourage attendees, who are driving down, to register their vehicle in advance. This is a free family-friendly event open to the public. The final shuttle ride will be at 1:30PM from the Forsyth Conference Center to the Home2 Suites/ Fairfield Inn.
Award Show
